Tucker Johnson is the author of The General Theory of the Translation Company, co-founder and Managing Director of Nimdzi Insights, a market research company focused on the language services industry. Tucker has managed some of the largest and most complex localisation programmes in the world and is specialised in vendor-side operations, global team management, large programme outsourcing and supply chain governance. In 2017, he founded Nimdzi Insights in order to address the ongoing demand for market research and industry analysis for the language services industry.
