WORKSHOP: Financial tools to shape a better future

Date:3 June 2020
Time:16:00 CET
Speaker:Arancha Caballero

Are you looking to understand how vulnerable your company is to the current crisis? Trying to decide whether it makes sense to hire another project manager? Have you considered taking out a bank loan? Are you trying to make your business more attractive to potential buyers? To answer any of these questions you have to have a firm grasp on your company’s financial situation. Are you aware of your cash flow situation, upcoming revenues, and expenses? Do you know how the company is doing compared to last year or even two years ago, or what your expected profit and loss will be for this year or several years into the future?

If you are not 100% on any of the above questions then we are here to help! Join us on June 3, 2020 16:00 CET when Arancha Caballero will share how she manages her company’s finances. She will share with you what information is important to keep track of, how to calculate profitability, and how to make financial forecasts using simple spreadsheet templates that she will provide to all who attend the workshop.

This is an interactive workshop, so please come prepared to share a little about yourself and your company and brainstorm ideas with your peers!
