VAT

VAT in Belgium is 21% and will be charged to all companies/organisations and individuals that are not VAT-registered.

Individuals and companies/organisations that are registered for VAT will be charged as follows:

• If you/your company is registered for VAT in Belgium, you will be charged at 21%
• If you/your company is registered for VAT within the EU but in a country other than Belgium, VAT is zero-rated (0%)
• There is no VAT for companies and individuals that are registered outside of the EU

Please note that the VAT rules apply to event registrations, any category of Elia membership (Full, Associate, Elia Exchange and Elia Engage) and sponsorship.
