About Execs 2021

Elia’s Focus on Executives brings industry decision-makers together and offers a unique structured format to foster thought-provoking discussions built around an agenda.

Creating an Unreasonable Dream for an Uncertain Future

The world is changing at a faster pace than ever before: global changes in trade and regulation, new technologies, climate change, evolving energy supply and demand, the future of mobility, smart cities, changing consumer habits and increased connectivity. How well are we equipped to understand and go beyond just reacting to our external environment? How able are we to proactively challenge our businesses to change and grow and to navigate our way through the whitewater that surround us now and in the future? This year’s programme will provide you with world-class content and discussion over a two-day period. Véronique Özkaya and Ian Windle will equip you with the tools and techniques to think about the direction of your business and the impact of the external environment. You will return to your businesses with actionable plans to put yourself in the best possible shape to face an often volatile and uncertain future.

The attendees will be divided into two groups. Each group will spend one day with Ian and one day with Véronique.

  • Mikhal Heffer

I participated twice already, both in Catania in 2018 and in Dubrovnik in 2019. The events were well planned, great people and fantastic content. I learnt a lot and had a super team of professionals to consult with.

  • Giacomi Leonardo

ND Focus – Elia’s networking days for Executives has the right size, has the right mix of attendees & all the networking opportunities of other conferences to share experiences and knowledge.

  • Gregor Rosulnik

I have been in sales whole of my life and still attended the customer acquisition and growth strategies track. I’ve loved every second of it because we worked in groups & analysed different aspects of sales & marketing.
