About Me
I started my journey in the language industry as a professional translator. Shortly after I moved to Project Management, a role in which I juggled multilingual localization projects across a variety of domains and platforms, always focused on ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and achieving strong results.
Being part of the language industry for almost 15 years now, I’ve had the opportunity to wear many hats - from an avid linguist to a PM/VM, to heading the company's International Projects Department.
Something I'm especially proud of is helping aspiring project managers find their way in the localization industry by offering them advice and formal training, and imparting my knowledge and experience with students at the University of Tirana through seminars and various activities.
I am willing to travel to give talks.

The languages I use for work are English, Albanian and Italian.
The areas I work the most in are Translation, Localization, Quality management, Translation management systems, CATs, MTPE, Soft skills in the translation industry and Subtitling.
