AI is the dominant topic in the language services industry these days, but little is mentioned about its impact on sales. We’ll discuss how AI can make significant improvements in sales team productivity & performance, customer insights & communications… among other potential benefits that can positively impact your bottom line.
Along with benefits, however, comes risks and our discussion will turn to issues unique to sales, especially regarding an over-reliance on AI, such as the accuracy of client analytics and associated messaging, as well as exceptionally important issues such as potential violation of client confidentiality, copyrights and other proprietary information.
We’ll conclude with a focus on AI’s impact on what services our sales teams will likely be selling and how to prepare them for it as the services we provide as LSPs adapt to the changes AI is having on them.
